A founding member of Olds & Brown, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, PLLC, Tim was born in Sherman, Texas and served in the criminal justice field for over 25 years as a Police Officer, Motorcycle Division Supervisor, SWAT Operator, Police Detective, and Federal Task Force Officer. Tim obtained his undergraduate degree from Columbia College, Missouri followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He next achieved a Juris Doctorate at Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now known as Texas A&M School of Law) where he was a member of Law Review. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. In addition to Texas State Courts, Tim is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal District Courts of the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Tim focuses his practice in the areas of his experience, criminal law and business dispute resolution/litigation. He has defended hundreds of clients in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies such from DWI to Murder. He has also been privileged to work as part of the defense team on numerous Capital Murder charges, complex federal investigations, and special prosecutions investigations. He has represented a number of business clients ending conflict and litigation in and out of the courtroom.
